US Domestic Shipping Policy

- We offer ground shipping service, with estimated delivery within 2~5 business day

- We work diligently to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, the actual delivery date and time may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, road conditions, logistical issues, product availability, and the selected shipping method. 

Business Hours

- Orders are handled and shipped Monday through Fri until 10AM (PST), excluding federal holidays.

 -Orders placed after 10AM (PST) on Friday will be shipped out starting the following Monday unless it falls on the federal holidays.

Delivery Fees

 -Free shipping on orders of $99 or more

 -Fedex delivery fee and handling fee($3) will be charged for orders under $99

Order Placement and Cut-Off Time

 -All orders received before Friday 10 am (PST time) will be eligible for UPS ground shipping delivery.

- Orders received after Friday 10 am will be processed the following Monday.

Processing and Shipment

- Orders received before the cut-off time will be processed and shipped on the same day.

- Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday.

Delivery Time

- Orders placed before Friday 10 am will be delivered within 2~5 business day.

- Orders placed after Friday 10 am will be shipped the following Monday and delivered within 2~5 business day.

Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.

International Shipping Policy

We ship to over 60 countries worldwide, offering reliable delivery through DHL, FedEx, USPS and UPS. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout, ensuring a seamless experience.

International Shipping Options:

- DHL eCommerce: Discounted rates, plus a $3.00 handling fee.

DHL Express: Premium option for faster delivery. Carrier rates apply.

- UPS: Discounted rates with a $3.00 handling fee.

- USPS: Discounted rates with a $3.00 handling fee.

Handling Fees

- A $3.00 USD handling fee applies to all shipping services, domestic and international.

  

Taxes & Customs Information

- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or VAT in their destination country.

- Customs clearance may delay delivery times. Please check your local import policies before placing an order.

Taxes by Region:

 - Australia: GST Rate: 10%

 - Singapore: Tax Rate: 9%

 - Norway: VAT Rate: 25%

 - United States: Taxes may vary by recipient's address.

- Saudi Arabia: VAT Rate: 15%; no refunds or re-deliveries for customs issues.

 - China: Orders exceeding ¥1,000 may face customs clearance delays.

 - France: Failed deliveries are immediately returned, and no refunds are issued. Customs fee: €21.

 - Europe: As of July 1, 2021, new VAT rules apply. Check your country’s tax rate before ordering. Local courier fees may also apply.

 - Bahrain: Orders over $100 USD require formal customs clearance. Restrictions apply to medicines, food, CDs, and magazines.

Customs and Taxes Notice (Worldwide)

Customers are responsible for all customs-related fees, including import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), and any additional charges such as customs fees, service fees, administration fees, and warehousing fees. Since customs regulations vary by country, please contact your local customs office for specific details to avoid any issues.

Customs-related matters are beyond the control of aven, and customers are fully responsible for any issues, including customs refusals due to unpaid taxes, restricted items, or other customs-related problems.

Customs Refusal (Worldwide)

We are not responsible for packages refused by customs, regardless of the reason, including refusal to pay taxes, importing banned items, or other customs-related issues. If a refused package is returned to aven, we will notify the customer. The customer must pay the additional shipping cost to have the package re-shipped.

No refunds or replacements will be provided for customs-related refusals.

If you wish to return the product instead, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds will only be processed once the returned product arrives at aven in its original condition.
